Our forward thinking approach to design focuses on spatial TRANSFORMATION USING THE SAME RESOURCES. We adapt our pricing model based on the client’s requirements. Either they own the resources and neobloq acts as their design arm or lease our resources for temporary events, exhibitions and outdoor modular structure. With a commitment to environmental consciousness, we utilize RECYCLING as a cleaner, and more controlled manufacturing method. Our patent-pending bloqs assembly forms wall cavities where MEP work is installed without demolition. This cavity wall is also a good environmental treatment that improves indoor air quality and passive cooling for indoor spaces. Therefore, neobloq promotes zero-waste and hassle free construction.
