Ignore the buzzwords. CLOSWAP is here to bring back sustainable fashion to its righteous place. With fast-fashion brands being the number-1 choice for many consumers because of how FAST they are, slow fashion is not the best option anymore. Through CLOSWAP, we target students, that already own too many clothes, to use clothing as a currency to get other clothes.
We developed an in-person swapping marketplace, hosting pop-ups with London’s biggest universities, accommodations and student hubs, while delivering a seamless ‘Tinder for Clothes’ – allowing anyone, anytime, anywhere to swap clothes with each other.
This is not to replace all fashion, we made CLOSWAP to counter the pace of fast fashion, by being faster than all of our slow-fashion alternatives and being trendy, not just a sustainability power-house. We still have a long way to go, but we want to ensure everyone has the chance to experience swapping first-hand..
